So this weird thing happened to me today as I was walking back to my dorm… I was fine and then suddenly I was completely exhausted and shaky and lightheaded and a little nauseous and I just wanted to sit down and never get up and melt into a puddle of goo. Then I started getting frightened that I wasn’t going to make it home/somewhere safe. When I finally did get back to my dorm and laid down, my heart was thumping like crazy. It doesn’t make any sense. I ate breakfast this morning. I took a midterm. I maneuvered around an unusual amount of people on campus… I don’t know. I didn’t notice anything unusual until I was over halfway toward my dorm and just didn’t want to go any further.
What can make a person lightheaded? Not eating, I know, but is there anything in particular? Like a lack of iron or something?
